Healthwatch 2019 Summer Family Forum
UProjects contributed activities to the Healthwatch Oldham Active Health Outdoors Family Forum
The event was organised by Healthwatch Oldham in partnership with Oldham Council`s Environmental Services with contributions from a wide range of health & wellbeing services from Oldham
All the fun activities were free for the whole family to enjoy and despite some strong wind and torrential rain the day was was a great success.
The Mayor of Oldham Councillor Ginny Alexander visited the event and commended all the participants, partner organisations and groups who made the Family Forum such a great success. The Mayor also counted down and started the Run4Fun off that saw families and friends of all ages run, jog or walk around a 1 kilometre route of Oldham`s fantastic Alexandra Park in the rain ! Nothing could stop them and everyone received a medal from the Mayor at the finish line.
